As standard we include next working day delivery to all UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by calling our sales team on 01843 602277. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed with your order.
How long does it take?
Items ordered before 3.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30 pm (assuming that the item is in stock and cleared payment has been received). The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by us and the couriers to ensure this happens.
Orders taken on Friday after 3.00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on the Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 3.00 pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
However, we rely on the services of third party couriers, and whilst we try to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the courier fails to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
Who do we use?
Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent via APC.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, (ie. no one at home), a card will be left by Interlink. You must then call Interlink to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Interlink will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Franking Supplies UK Ltd and further fees may be incurred.
How to Track your parcel
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. If you would like to check the progress of your delivery, you can email us stating your name, email address and order number from your invoice, we will then email you back with your Interlink delivery details. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within 2 working days. We may need to give Interlink your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please give us a call on 01843 602277. We will contact our couriers and call you back to let you know what's happening.
